Budokon
Budokon®, which translates in Japanese as “Way of the Spiritual Warrior,” is a mind and body art form inspired by the ancient traditions of Yoga, Martial Arts, Zen Meditation and the study of animal movement, and is designed to establish more efficient patterns of moving, thinking and living. The yogic practice is focused on control, calm, strength and precision, working to improve range of motion and strength. The martial arts practice teaches agility, power, and focus, in the body and mind. The animal movements reconnect us with our true nature, restoring kinetic skills lost in evolution. It is a true evolution of movement that must be experienced to be understood.
Dharma Flow
Inspired by the teachings and classes of Master Sri Dharma Mittra, this class moves smoothly through traditional poses and sequences as well as some more modern exercises following with relaxation and meditation.
Beginner to intermediate level.
Heal Yoga
The class starts with breathing techniques to calm and open your body to the next step: a gentle stretch through specific asanas chosen to release energy blocks and physical ailments. The curative tones of the didgeridoo will close this experience, balance your energy and shift your vibration to a healed state.
The class is open to all levels.
Jivamukti Yoga
Besides the amazing workout, following challenging different vinyasa sequences, you will receive an emphasis that through yoga you can have a beneficial and fulfilling life in the world, walking the path of spiritually, and maybe became a Jivamukta, “a liberate soul” free of suffering, merging with God, thought meditation, kirtan with Sanskrit chanting, and study of ancient scriptures. This class will change your perspective about yoga.

Meditation
Meditation is simply
a willingness to witness. It is an invitation
to watch yourself -your mind, your emotions, your
body and environment - without reacting to what
you observe. It is an invitation to get to know
yourself honestly and sincerely, to make friends
with yourself.
It is an invitation for you to live in the present
moment.
Power Vinyasa
A great workout for
the fitness guru in you. Challenges body, mind,
and sprit to grow expand and develop. You'll sweat,
and move, and come out feeling great! A vigorous
graceful flowing asana routine.

Prana Flow
Prana means life force. Besides the nice yoga flow, this class will have an special emphasis on practice of Pranayama( Breathing exercises) that you will take your practice to deeper levels. Became one with your higher self and release your stress simply trough the breath.

Prenatal Yoga
By cultivating mindness,
strength and awareness, you can prepare for the
new
transformation in your life! Being in the community
of mothers-to be, working on both strength and
relaxation can be both exciting and calming. A
balanced array of breathing, warmups and asanas
are included in each class to better prepare you
for a healthy pregnancy, birth and mothering.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Shakti Flow
This powerful class combines different aspects of the yoga, such philosophy, chanting, pranayama (breath regulation), vinyasa (flow), inversions, back bending, hip opening, meditation, and deep relaxation.
All levels welcome.
Sivananda Yoga
Based on the work
of Swami Sivananda and developed by Swami Vishnu
Devananda, the series is flowing, restful and
challenging poses. Featuring the headstand and other
inversions, as well as bends and twists, the series
will lengthen and strengthen you. Your balance
& flexibility will improve. You are guaranteed
to feel refreshed and relaxed.
Sweaty Yoga
In this class the heat is used as a tool to enhance your connection to your body-mind by increasing your flexibility, releasing toxins and impurities, transforming your karma, building endurance, connecting to your breath, focusing on being present in the moment, expanding your mind and opening your heart. You haven't really sweated until you've experienced Sweaty Yoga!
Vinyasa Yoga
Based on the Ashtanga yoga, the flow of the vinyasa (Linking movement with breath) will make you cleanse your body, recharging yourself with vital energy, and focusing on the alignment that will help you experience a dynamic meditation during the practice.

Vinyasa Flow
This class will get your heart pumping and challenge your muscles without losing focus of proper alignment and breathing.
