This workshop combines yoga, deep partner stretching, inversions & thai massage. In this safe & supportive environment, thai yoga massage is a healing art that works deep into the tissues by massaging the energy lines along the body. This is a very thorough way of releasing pain and stress from the body. You shall experience other dimensions of your practice through this communication of playfullness, trust and compassion. This yoga is a healing art that combines thai massage and partner stretching with an emphasis on "metta" loving kindness. It cultivates the healing capacity of the giver and uses passive partner stretches to unwind stresses muscles, increase flow of prana by opening energy lines and pressure points in the receiver.
