Yoga poses stretch and strengthen the muscles to increase your reach and power. Yogic breathing expands lung capacity and purifies blood. Yogic meditation helps the tennis player to become calmer and more centered on and off the court.

Anastasia is a Jivamukti-certified yoga teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance. She is a member of the Yoga Therapists Association, a yoga-for-tennis expert and a yoga advisor for the USTA Tennis League. -Anastasia starred in and produced two DVDs:
