for an uplifting asana practice and chanting
to awaken to a deeper, more profound state
of being. Through the method of love and
devotion this 2 hour OM will start off with
an inspired asana practice to open us up
for the devotional chanting accompanied
by live sacred music that will take us deeper
into a well of joy that creates lasting
change in our lives. Today will be a salute
to the Divine Mother.
Lorena was trained and certified by David
Life and Sharon Gannon
in the Jivamukti Tradition and has resided
in Mysore, India to
deepen her path of Yoga with the living
master of Ashtanga Yoga Pattabhi Jois.
She is joined by Yogacharya Kali Das of
the Maha Shakti Yoga lineage.
