Jamaica Retreat

Interested in visiting Jamaica? It is such a beautiful country - mountains and beaches, rivers and waterfalls, incredible greens of many varieties! October Rose is going for the whole month of October to retreat at Wabi Sabi, Gaia's house in the country outside Ocho Rios. You are invited to come for the entire month or any part of it. O.R. will be there to host you.

We'll get up early to meditate and do yoga. Two vegetarian meals will be served daily - brunch and dinner. There will be plenty of time in the middle of the day for sightseeing and exploring - the river is just across the road and down the hill, the beach a 10 minute ride by taxi, "Ochi" is just 25 minutes. Everyone will have the opportunity to experience yoga therapy, as part of the package. An afternoon yoga class is available and the day ends in Satsang - being in the company of Truth.

$75 per day; $450 per week; $1500 all month (includes accommodations, ground transportation from the airport, meals, yoga, meditation, satsang, 1 yoga therapy private session).

Ramirez will serenade us on the guitar. Refreshments will be served.

Nim and Nury

Healers-In-Residence for the month of January. Nim became a Buddhist monk in his native Thailand at age 13. He was a monk for over 20 years. His wife, Nury, studied in India for more than 5 years learning a variety of healing techniques, including Mantranubhava and Kadhaniyairat, Pranic Healing.
